Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Property Companion account and data at any time. Here is exactly how, and what happens.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Open Settings

Launch Property Companion and go to your profile or account settings.

Choose "Delete account"

Select the delete-account option and confirm your identity if prompted.

Confirm

Confirm the deletion. Your account and data are scheduled for permanent removal.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

What gets deleted

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where the law requires it — for example, transaction records for tax or accounting, and minimal logs needed for security and fraud prevention. These are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.

Timeline: account deletions are completed within 30 days of your confirmed request. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play, as deleting your account does not automatically cancel store billing.
